For me, he has always been and will remain in the first place – on all counts.

I really want to learn how to brew it correctly and choose it – it seems to me that I am still essentially “floating” on the issue. I know that there are real pros among us.

Green tea is a good friend of blood vessels and is generally considered one of the most “anti-aging” drinks.

My favorites are sencha, matcha and oolong. Although the last two are not green teas in the correct sense of the word. I choose from what is available. Maybe there is something else interesting?

Caffeine is present in green tea, but its effects are mitigated by theanine, so when brewed properly and consumed in moderation, it won’t be overly disturbing or interfere with sleep.

I love it. It has a positive effect on the cardiovascular system and digestion, reduces stress. It loses a little to green tea in terms of the content of antioxidants, but I think that’s enough for our age.

The strange thing is that coffee can prevent me from falling asleep, but black tea can not. Although there is caffeine, and quite a lot. Probably, it is again the theanine and the natural balance of all the beneficial compounds.

My favorite thing is to add to black tea or mint-lemon mix, or turmeric-latte mix to keep warm – this is already becoming a bit like masala chai. This mixture contains ginger, cinnamon, cardamom, turmeric, and ground pepper.

The feeling of calmness after it is very palpable – it just rolls over. I sometimes like to drink it in the evening after a busy day.

I just met turmeric in a bag – take it and brew it.

But I usually do it differently: I either add a pinch of “Turmeric Latte” to black tea, or whisk almond milk in a cappuccino maker (at the same time it is warmed up) and dissolve these spices in it. Can be prepared with plain milk or coconut milk. An absolutely perfect drink, especially when it’s cold.

A cool anti-inflammatory option: boil 2 cups of water and 2 cups of milk, add 1-2 tablespoons of turmeric, and hold over medium heat for a bit. Put a teaspoon of ghee in the finished drink. Who loves honey – the same spoonful of honey.

7. Yerba Mate

This is a plant of the holly family, the leaves and young twigs of which are crushed and kept for a certain time. Source of polyphenols and saponins, which strengthen the body’s defenses.

An excellent antioxidant, it goes well with mint and lemon, and also good cold. Try it, it tastes good and interesting.

If we talk about my favorites to date, these are definitely black large leaf teas (Yunnan in particular), milk oolong, matcha and ginger.
